HER MEMORIES

Hi guys. Ytd I was really too tired to update my blog.
So since I am free now (the lab is occupied by the students and they have priority over us), I shall talk more about how I spent my weekend and holidays. Well...lets me see..
As I have mention in the previous blog:
Saturday morning we went Victoria Market to shop for groceries for the whole week. The apples are huge!! Omg...sweet and nice to eat...muahaha...=P
Den we sent Zhi Li to the Southern Cross Station. She has a Auntie staying in Geelong and she is going over there for a few days. After that, we went home to put down our groceries.
Lunch time! We went "NORSIAH", a small eatery that sells Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia food...I ate Nasi Rendang. Ya, beeF...people here like to eat Beef lei. It was not bad...because there is chilli!! Yuppieee....so deprived of chilli man! =( After that we wen to take the free shuttle bus to Shrine of Remembrance. A place to comemorate the soldiers who died in the war. Quite a nice place. Its was around 3plus when we left the place to take the free shuttle bus back home. HOWEVER, we missed the bus (in the brochure it states that the last bus was 4pm but I guess it was earlier in that bus-stop). So...HOW? haha...we figured out that we shall walk home. (VERY FAR)
Since we have already decided to walk home, we wen to the Botanic Garden which was just beside Shrine of Remembrance. Hmm, not a very good season to go there...because the trees and flowers are kind of dry. Sobz.
So we walk walk walk....finally reaching SOON....we wen Hard Rock Cafe to check out the place. Very cool...nice clothes...but expensive lei! hehe...from there we took a tram home...Yuppiee...back to home finally...ate maggie for dinner!
Hmm...Sunday I have already mentioned previously...so I shall just skip to Monday.
Monday was a holiday (Labour Day). So we woke up around 9plus and went to the State Library to apply for a Library card. The library is slightly different. You can't borrow books back. You can order the book you wan from the computer and the librarian will bring down the book to the shelves in 30 mins. You can just read the books in the library and can't bring it home! =P
When we came out...there was like a Performance on the road (something like Chingay in Singapore). Nice clothings...wif band and different clubs (Japan, China, etc).
We wen Melbourne Centre to shop! The clothes are quite cheap because they are clearing stock (end of summer).
After shopping, we wen to have lunch @ a Asian eatery also...and I ate the same thing again! Nasi Rendang! =P Felt so sinful...argh...We proceed to dockland park after that by tram. Fun playground! hee...
After that we wen home....had dinner...and wen to Rialto tower. 54th storey building. We saw an overview of melbourne. Veri nice lightning. We are lucky because they have got fireworks!! hehe...Nice..but the place was veri cold...=P
