Anyway, I attended a course yesterday by Niale Mcloughlin on 'Mindset Mastery'. It lasted from 9am till about 5.30pm? Our Country Manager gave a short speech before the course start. I guess reality is cruel and retrenchment is a fact of life. But I guess thats why we have the course to help change/improve our MINDSET! =))
So many things have happened recently...but I am at loss what to blog. Staring at this blank screen, wondering where should I start from. Instead of going by incidents/timeline, I think I will just go by categories - Family, Friends, Work...
1) Family
Its complicated. I think unhappiness arises everywhere and people have to learn to face them with positive mindset and solve it if necessary. Because pondering on the problem won't bring you further...it just let you sink deeper and more difficult for you to get over it. We should feel blissful to have a complete family!!! =))
2) Friends
I think I would like love to treasure the friends that I have now and catch up with friends that I have lost touch with!
3) Work
Identify and work on the strategy to improve my work/career.
Sounds very brief...but it will be very lengthy if I mention all details....I guess its more important for me to think through everything...
